200 year old house renovation in Kalutara
Approach to a new Design Munhena, Kalutara, incooparating a very old house nearly 200 years. The new extension of the project consists of a 8 rooms dedicated to guests on the rear side, designed around a reflecting pool area.
This particular space acts as a certain interactive space along with a Dining area , in the form of an open verandah.
A separate individual verandah space has been provided to each and every room to entertain their privacy as per the requirement.
This particular space connects to another huge swimming pool area with a pool terrace, providing access through a long corridor with ancient pillars on either side.
This beautiful site consists of lots of trees creating a very calming atmosphere for the visitors.

House designed for Mr Ariyapala at Panadura on a 20 p land located in a semi urban context by Asanga Samarasekara Associates.
The L shaped land has been utilized to create a Rear Garden along with a pool area and a pavillion space. This particular space acts as a beautiful focal point creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The form of the building is an organic shape, associated with curved walls and circular windows slightly projected out creating unique outlook.
